Do you deliver nationwide ?
We offer a door-to-door delivery service to residential properties and construction sites throughout New Zealand.
Pick up or depot delivery is also available.
We have even sent tanks over to the South Pacific
Can I connect multiple tanks?
Yes you can connect multiple tanks together to meet your water storage capacity needs.
Do councils accept Thin Tanks NZ tanks for new build stormwater requirements?
Yes our tanks are council approved and can be used for both detention and retention.
How do Thin Pots work?
Thin Pots attach to the front of the tank with hooks and hose pipe. They come in 4 colour options and turn your tank into a vertical garden for plants or herbs.
What happens if I change my mind?
We want you to be completely happy with your tank. If you’re not satisfied with your selection, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned tanks.
Can I install a Thin Tanks NZ tank myself or do I need a professional?
We recommend you have a plumber, builder or drainlayer install your tank however it is possible to install the tank yourself.
What size tanks do Thin Tanks NZ offer?
Thin Tanks NZ tanks come in 6 sizes - 500L, 1000L, 2000L, 3000L, 4000L and 5000L
How long is the warranty on a Thin Tanks NZ slimline tank?
Our thin tanks come with a warranty that lasts 10 years. Refer to our warranty here.
What is the best base for a tank?
The ground must be solid, level, and able to support the tank. A concrete pad or a well‑compacted sand base is recommended. For installation details specific to your tank, click here.
